Youthful Grenache off the Chapoutier site in Landsborough, Pyrenees. This certified organic fruit was placed directly to press after the long drive home to my winery in Steels Creek, Yarra Valley. After stainless steel fermentation and elevage, this high tension rosé began to pick up welcome sulfide reduction which gives this wine an added layer of class. Not your average rosé.
