WINEMAKING NOTES
Touriga Nacional (90%), Syrah (10). This cofermentation underwent a wet carbonic method which enhanced the punchy floral accents of Touriga interwoven with layers of savory blue fruits thanks to the classic Syrah profile of the Pyrenees. This cuvee is done in 100% stainless steel to help maintain high toned aromatics and palate freshness.
