Central Victorian Blend
50% Riesling Great Western, 25% Viognier Pyrenees*, 25% Sauvignon Blanc Macedon (*certified)
A selection of aromatic and textural white varietals grown in Central Victoria's diverse viticultural regions including - Great Western, Pyrenees & Hanging Rock, Macedon. The cepage consists of Riesling, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc; all introducing their own unique lifted florals and textures thanks to differing pick times and the use of individual ferment techniques and vessels. Lemon peel in the tropics. Malo and sugar dry. This wine has seen a touch of So2 at racking and is stable. 25% of the cuvee comes from organic sources which I will endeavour to expand on as the business matures.
