Viognier, Chardonnay & Fumé blanc. Same concept here as its red counterpart, a blend to welcome the warmer weather. This cuvée captures the waxy golden elements of Viognier which marries seamlessly with the beautiful tropical character and acid line of the SB and Chardonnay. All organic farming here from wonderful farms in the upper Yarra Valley and the rolling golden hills of the Pyrenees in Western Victoria. A wine more driven by style than a representation of its terroir.
